Processing and delivery

Processing and production time is separate from carrier transit time. Some items are made to order, and processing times can vary by product and fulfillment partner. Any shipping or delivery estimate shown for your order is an estimate, not a guarantee of delivery by a particular date. If a shipment is delayed, we will address the delay and any cancellation or refund options in accordance with applicable law.

Separate shipments and tracking

Items in the same order may be produced or shipped by different partners and may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for a carrier to update its tracking information.

International orders
